Quality Errand Service does not offer medical recommendations or transportation for people or pets as part of its service due to liability issues and the high cost of insurance.
Quality Errand Service reserves the right to restrict the size, weight, and value of transported items.
Quality Errand Service cannot guarantee availability of any/all items when shopping; that factor is dependent upon the sales inventory at the time of shopping by the retail vendor.
Quality Errand Service will not do any work on Client's behalf that is illegal or unethical at the local, county, state or federal level or would put our business in unreasonable danger or position, or cause Quality Errand Service to be liable for damages if services were to continue in an unreasonable request including unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
Quality Errand Service reserves the right to not refund any monies if put in any unreasonable situation. We also reserve the right to refuse a request of service that is outside the scope of our services.
Quality Errand Service operates within strict business guidelines and does not share client information except as required in the normal course of doing business while representing the client.
Quality Errand Service will pursue resolution of checks or payments returned by a banking or clearing institution and will require maximum fees allowed for such returned checks or payments.
Quality Errand Service cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with the services or items provided by a third party (including food from Grocers) during the course of Quality Errand Services. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Customer cancellations not received at least 24 Hours prior to service will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of original requested/contracted services (Depending on circumstances). No refund or credit given on prepaid services, discounted service deals or monthly contracts. You acknowledge and agree to these terms by the use of Quality Errand Service.
Quality Errand Service reserves the right to temporarily close this business due to circumstances beyond our control including extreme weather conditions.
