Text file written by Afrow UK

* Open WinBSPC [ worldcraft\WinBSPC\winbspc.exe ]

* Click on 'File' > 'Extract' -Not 'Convert'

* Select your Quake II pak file [ quake2\baseq2\pak0.pak ]

* In the box beside the 'File Filter' button, you will see '*.*' - Delete it and type 'textures' into the 'File Filter' box

* Click 'File Filter'

* All files now in the window are now all Quake II format textures (*.wal)

* Click 'Select All'

* Click 'OK'

* A new window will appear asking for an Output Folder

* Type 'C:\quake2\baseq2\' into the Output Folder box

  (depending on whether your hard drive is C:\, and where your Quake II directory is)

==============================================

* Now do this again for the D-Day: Normandy pak [ quake2\dday\pak0.pak ]
  using the same method, and setting the same Output Folder - 'C:\quake2\baseq2\'

* Once this is done, then you are finished, and have all the default Quake II and
  D-Day: Normandy textures set up for RAD and BSP compilers to use.

==============================================

* If you have any custom textures of your own, they must also all
  be copied into 'quake2\baseq2\textures\'
