A Downward Spiral of Consequence and Instinct
The classroom. An experience to us privileged, wealthy, and developed North American fucks. A perfect place to start an analogy of the whole universe and existence all together. The class starts and everyone is equal, except of course for the teacher who is the mind-warping, supreme, bigoted, authority figure. Suddenly, the natural instinct of one peer is to try and make himself closer to the teacher so that he can be recognized and respected over the rest of the class and develop a sense of pride. This, however, makes him the loser because he is kissing so much ass it would make his lips taste like shit for days upon days. The rest of the class realizes this and treats him differently because he has a selfish amount of trust put in the teacher hoping that he will be protected and recognized over the rest of the class, and thus believes that his process in doing so is better. The class is upset with this because they were all supposed to get along and be equal and learn what the teacher had to say instead of fighting for attention and a bigoted way of survival. So, the class picks on the ass-kissing loser, and they continue to pick on him for a number of years. But, then he starts a revolt against them. And, it destroys their pacified classroom and makes it a hellhole. Still with the teachers affection in mind, the loser carries out his war, scaring the rest of the classroom and forcing them to fight back. After a while, the loser feels that he has won enough of the teachers recognition that he doesnt need to fight anymore, and he slowly makes peace with the classroom, pacifying it once more. Then, the rest of the class begins to become friends with the loser once more and the classroom seems like it is back to normal. However, there are and have been other peers with different methods and ideas of becoming closer to the teacher, which some were better for everyone, and some were worse. The classroom is in order again though, and this time because of the losers revolt, he and those with him have taken their place between the teacher and the rest of the classroom as the secondary authority figures. These secondary authority figures are not only bigoted, but they also control the entire classroom system. However, the teacher has been getting farther and farther away from them that some dont even remember if it was an actual person, or if it really exists, or if it was just a voice in their head the whole time. This doesnt matter to the secondary authority figures who are now the head of the system, and only fear one thing: Another revolt from someone other than them. So, over the years the leaders of the system have found many different ways to hide how they fill the classroom with injustice. And they keep revolts down by giving those peers who feel oppressed materialistic sympathy, and reversing the systems rules only for one second to please and shut up the oppressed. However, when there is a revolt that challenges the system and its hypocrisy, the heads find ways of making it blasphemy or preposterous by creating more systems to brainwash the rest of the classroom and giving them constant updates on what is threatening their chances for survival. But class, where the fuck did the teacher go?? Put it together yourself. Use the system to fuck it over. And if you are the system? Fuck you. (Written by Simon Beach. Copyright-July 2004)
