The Piston Valve
I have finnaly made a piston valve! This valve is extremly powerful so please note if you decide to build this, it is 5 times moe powerful than a sprnkler valve. I wasted about 4 2inch tees in the making of this.
This is the piston. It is the main compontant of the hole valve.
It concists of: 3 orings (2 inch diameter and 3/16 thick) 2 32mm end caps and 32mm pipe. The tools you will need are: 1 round file and a drill bit that will drill the equalizing port hole. First you cut off the pipe for the piston. then you grab the round file and make 3 grooves for the orings. make sure the orings will be able to spin while in the grooves. Place the orings in their spots. Then glue the endcaps on each side. Then you will have to cut pieces of 32mm pipe to go in between the orings so that they stay put whilst in the tee valve. Drill some small holes in the endcaps for the equalization port. Now you have finished the piston and ready to make the tee valve.
This is the tee valve open. You can see on the left of the tee valve there is the piston.
The piston has sealed both sides of tee. The orings fit nicely in the class 18 pipe.
To make the tee valve you need: class 18 or sch 40 50mm pipe, file, glue.
First file off the edges of the pipe and get rid of the burr. Then file off the stoppers in the tee so that you can hammer the pipe to a point where the piston will seal on both sides. Then put a stopper inside on end of the pipe. That side will be the chamber. All the stopper does is stop the piston from moving down into the chamber. Glue the pipe into place so they look like the second picture on the page. Then you will have the piston valve ready but not ready for shooting. You will need to put a 50nm male and female adapter on the exhaust sie so the piston can come out. I will get some pics of that spot soon

I thank Clide and foxxlord for the help on this project
