a) General.
Having been working on various posts for over 25 years I developed a fair skill to cover the following areas:

Professionalism and skill
Having been working as Senior Scale Stenographer and Deputy Manager in BDA, Purchase Officer, Administrative Officer, Statistical Officer, Assistant Director (In charge) Oil & Gas Exploration Coordination Cell in the Directorate of Industries, Balochistan, and as a coordinator of Environmental Impact Assessment--associated with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); I accumulated basic and pragmatic experience in:

Official correspondence,
Procurement/purchase of stores,
Administration, local employment management and resolving well defined problems in the area of human resources management.
Data collecting in shape of CMI (Census of Manufacturing Industries),
Feasibility Report,
Project appraisal,
Project commissioning,
Environmental impact assessment (EIA) and initial environmental examination (IEE) with special focus on establishing of industrial units,
Client Orientation
As a result of working on different positions enumerated above I developed a clear insight to diagnose and ability to identify client’s needs and appropriate resolution.

As a result of posting on different jobs, having multifunctional status, I developed ability to write clearly, concise, interpret and present data, work with standard computer word- processing and database programs. Media related skill/experience
Having been working as a News Translator, translating from English to Persian (Dari) & vice versa, editing & placing related items for inclusion in the bulletin, monitoring and news reading in Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Quetta (Dari Programme) for over a decade I developed a good skill for selecting and translating articles of interest for inclusion in regular media. I also developed a handsome skill in media manifestation, news composition manifesting the news in accordance with the standing policy. Similar translation of various articles from Persian (Dari) to English for private parties and organizations.
Reviewing skill
Being an MA in English Literature and having 6 years language raining in Pak American Cultural Centre and online Certification from USA I have a fair control over English Language and can easily monitor and review outgoing correspondence, report, etc, for format, grammar and punctuation, and removing typographical errors
Typing ability

I have very good typing speed of 45 wpm.
