Qrowver (also known as Fair Game) is the ship (romantic pairing) of Clover Ebi and Qrow Branwen from RWBY.

Qrow Branwen is mentioned many times before he was first introduced in Volume 3. He is the uncle of main characters Ruby Rose and Yang Xiao Long.
His semblance is misfortune or bad luck. This means that unfortunate things are always happening to him and people around him. This causes a great deal of guilt and stress for him. He can turn into a crow, he uses this ability to fly to places undetected. He is shown to be fairly nonchalant and blunt, but he cares for people close to him. He is not afraid to state his opinions, and often says or does things at inappropriate times. He calls some people by nicknames. He is also an alcoholic but gives it up in Volume 7 (it's sadly not handled very well). He is shown to most likely take at least some interest in women, however there is no concrete proof that he takes interest in men apart from his interactions with Clover that could be interpreted as flirting.
Clover Ebi is the leader of the Ace Operatives in Atlas. They are a group of elite huntsmen and huntresses. He is introduced in Volume 7 when the main characters head to Atlas and are then arrested. His semblance is good luck, the opposite of Qrow's. He is shown to be kind, loyal, good-humoured, calm and easy to get along with. He is extremely loyal to his job, this is shown when he turns on the main group because they are wanted for arrest. There is not much else to say about him because he was killed off before he could get any character development, however there are theories that he will return in Volume 8.
1: Qrow, having a bad luck semblance, is negatively affected by it. He believes that everything bad that happens is his fault. Clover, having the opposite semblance to him, has most likely had somewhat similar problems (e.g. the enemies are affected by his good luck instead of his team). He could teach Qrow that it's not all his fault. Giving Qrow more problems by killing off Clover is just throwing potential character development out the window.

7: Qrow because he can turn into a bird probably looks at Clover's pin like 'woah... sssshiny...'
8: We DESERVE more scenes like the one where they're playing cards in the back of a truck.
9: QROW DESERVES TO BE HAPPY FOR GOD'S SAKE
10: Imagine if Clover comes back in Volume 8, Qrow is cornered in a battle then... Clover swoops in and attacks the enemy!!! They have a heartfelt reunion??????
