I give my daughter/son ________________________ permission to attend the Brown University Model United Nations trip, November 8^th to the 11^th, 2001, and I understand that she/he, and in turn, we, are responsible for his/her cooperation with ALL THE REGULATIONS. Should you find it necessary to send him/ her home, we agree to provide him/ her with the cost of his/her transportation which we will give to you on your return. We release the school and its authorities of all responsibility for any injury intentional or unintentional on the part of the student and of any financial or other obligations by our son/daughter on this trip.

I agree to cooperate with ALL OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS with NO EXCEPTIONS, and I promise (justly so) to obey all instructions of the chaperons. I promise specifically not to drink at any time during the trip or to take any drugs or to stay deliberately in a room or place where these are available. I, therefore, fully realize that if I do so, or if I break curfew by any extended length of time, I will be liable to school suspension or perhaps worse sanctions when I return to school.
