Re the above recommendations, at the meeting, it seemed the VSB was saying
whereas their original report had said the three school shared catchment
waitlist would then move to a district list, they were at the last minute
removing the move to district list from this recommendation about the three
school shared waitlist due to the VSB currently deliberating about changing
the system for all schools due to problems with seemingly every FI school
administering their catchment waitlist differently in the past.
