CHILD (INDIVIDUAL NEEDS)

- no older role models for language

- buddy programs are adversely affected
(reading, recess, language modelling, cross-grade learning, computer club)

- adverse change of 'levels' of library resources to meet individual needs

- splitting erodes child's natural maturation and participation in school community as they advance from K through 7

- splitting children from siblings

- lack of continuity of SBT

- Quilchena has a band program, Trafalgar does not

- siblings must be grandfathered
