Geese - graceful birds, but also noisy and a disturbance/hazard to planes. Also a symbol or parallel to the plane itself.
Sky - freedom and peaceful, serene, but as we see, disrupted by planes, smoke, even geese.
Shit - pardon the language. somehow universally accepted and often used as an element of humour.
