If you are not sure if a CCTV Magnifier will be right for you, you may be reassured by our policy of a two week trial period. During the two week trial period, if for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. If
you return it, we will arrange and pay to have it picked up by UPS. You will be
refunded the original amount of the equipment, less the return shipping fee. There is no restocking fee!
*We do not refund your initial shipping or the
return shipping charges.
Your trial period starts when your CCTV arrives and last for two
weeks. You must let us know that you want to return the
CCTV sometime within that two week period. You may also trade in during that time for a different CCTV model, that you feel is more suitable for your vision. The CCTV must be re-packed
and in its original packing and all manuals must be included. The
CCTV must be ready for UPS.
Vision Unlimited will have UPS pick it up and pay UPS for
the shipping charges. Vision Unlimited will not refund the
shipping charges.
Your refund will be in the form of a check.
This check will be paid within two weeks of our receipt of
the CCTV. The CCTV must be in like new condition. All manuals and
packing must be returned.
