A:  It's so crowded!
B:  And so noisy!
A:  It feels like New York!
Host:  Two for lunch?
B:  Uh, yes.
Host:  Smoking or non-smoking?
A:  Non-smoking.
Host:  Right this way.      (At the table.)  Here you are.  Someone will be along

shortly to take your order.
B:  Thank you.  The menu is so big.  I don't know where to start.
Waiter:  Are you ready to order?
A:  Uh, no.  Not yet.  Uh, what's good here?
Waiter:  Everything.  I see you're from out of town.
B:  That's right.  We're from Japan.
A:  It's our first day in New York.
Waiter:  That's great.  Well, the sandwiches are very popular.  Right here where

it says, "Carnegie Gargantuan Combos."
B:  Gargantuan?
Waiter:  Very big.  Like Godzilla.
A&B:  Oh, Godzilla!
