An Keto Fe - Way of the Sword
At the age of 12, each male Ban Ti is presented with his own Keto, a long, slightly
curved sword. The Keto is similar in performance to a Katana, but is used with the
Broadsword skill. For one year these young men train with the sword, the bow, and the
art of surviving in the rough wilderness the Ban Ti inhabit, thus preparing them for the life
of hunters and protectors for their people. Those who wish to be the protectors of their
people, and the blade of the Creator�s Sword, go on to truly follow An Keto Fe. Men of
the Ban Ti are not the only ones allowed to follow the Way of the Sword. Ban Ti women,
and foreigners as well, are welcome to study under the Ban Ti Blade Masters. The only
requirement is that they prove their dedication to the Creator, and resistance to evil in all
it�s guises. The Ban Ti also send a Blade Master to the motherhouse of the Fuer Ket to
train the Spell Swords in the Way. Ban Ti Blade Masters are those with the Weapon
Master advantage, with full access to the cinematic abilities of An Keto Fe. There are
perhaps two hundred Blade Masters of the Ban Ti in all, but almost every Ban Ti warrior
is a master swordsman in his own right as well.
True followers of An Keto Fe are almost fanatical in their dedication to the
Creator. Every third day, a student of the Way spends in practice, rising with the dawn
and practicing until sunset with only a short break at midday for water. Students are
taught that the true way to mastery of the blade is through calmness and meditation,
reaching the center of the soul where resides the blessing of the Creator�s love. Students
are expected to spend at least one hour each morning in meditation, with the exception of
the day of practice, as this is considered to be meditation in itself.

*Ban Ti will never sell a Keto. Though any practitioner who trains with the Ban Ti may be
