RETREAT: Is a weekend for QCDA members and guests to get together to have fun, paint, share our talents and knowledge, and most importantly a time to get to know each other better. Plan to stay the entire weekend.
MAKE IT & TAKE IT: Everyone is invited to participate either by bringing a project (with pictures, instructions, paint and surface) to sell (usually a small fee) or by buying and painting each others projects. This is always a fun and popular event. Some ladies pay for their Retreat by bringing Make It -Take It's to sell. You need to reserve your table space to hold your project. There is also a Sales Table which will be $5.00.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your usual painting supplies, money for meals, money for Make It -Take It's, and money for your room. Dress is very casual. Come prepared to let your hair down and have a great time.
Theme: Our theme for 2009 will allow you to paint anything you want to enter the Retreat Art Show.
