Potato Wedges
5 large potatoes,
peeled and wedged
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
Place potatoes in greased baking dish in single layer. Brush with melted butter. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or untill tender.
