Directions:
1. Melt butter. Cream together peanut butter and butter while
adding a
little powdered sugar at a time until all is
added.
2. Chill, roll into one inch balls, and chill again.
3. Melt chocolate coating one minute in microwave, stir. Continue
to heat
in 20 second intervals, stirring
after each until smooth. Chocolate should
be warm, but not hot.
4. Using a toothpick to hold peanut butter ball, dip in chocolate
about 2/3 of
the way up (leave size of nickel undipped).
Shake off/scrape excess chocolate
and set on wax paper.
When chocolate has hardened, smooth toothpick
hole closed.
