Essential Oils
Why are they called Essential Oils. Simply because they are essential to your everyday health and peace of mind.
I have used Young Living Essential Oils daily for several years. There are many ways to use essential oils; diffusion, ingestion, direct inhalation or on the skin (on wrists and feet).
Young Living provides both single oils and blends. I use both single oils and blends daily.
Peppermint - I use as a digestive aid and for fresh breath.
Lavender - Works well on dry patches of skin.
Lemon - I use a drop of lemon in my bottled water.
Joy - This is an oil I use at work. I keep a bottle on my desk and I either open the bottle and inhale for a moment or put a drop on my wrists.
Peace and Calming - This is the oil I use every night to get to sleep. I use this either with a diffuser or I put some on my wrists and on my pillowcase. It always helps me to get to sleep quickly. And unlike medications I don't wake up groggy in the morning.
I use Thieves Foaming Hand Soap all day long. I have a bottle in my office that I carry with me to wash my hands so that I don't have to use the harsh pink soap used in my office building. Thieves Foaming Hand Soap contains the Thieves oil blend along with Lemon oil and it smells wonderful.
There is also a Thieves Waterless Hand Cleaner that I love for those times when I just I need a quick clean up but can't get to a sink.
I use the Thieves Soft Lozenges when I have a sore throat. I break each one into four smaller pieces and let them melt in my mouth.
There is also a Thieves Household Cleaner that I really like. It makes my house smell wonderful.
