1788 - William Robinson and Sarah, his wife of co. of Madison of the one part and Nicholas Hawkins, Jr. of the second part, son-in-law of the said William Robinson and Sarah, his wife - 388 acres on Silver Creek taken from land where Robinson now lives containing 1,025 acres. (pg. 71,72,73)


5 Aug. 1789
- Between William Robinson and Sarah, his wife, of the one part and John Pitman and Dorothy Peyton, his wife of the second part, and Peyton Robinson and William Robinson Jr. sons of sd. William Robinson of Madison Co., Va. (now Ky.) of the 3rd part - wheras the sd. William Robinson the elder is seized in fee of one certain tract - 165 acres on Silver Creek - the part where he now lives, south of the creek, bounded by lands of Capt. Christopher Irvine, dec'd; lands of Nicholas Hawkins - this land being granted to William Robinson from the State of Va. on a treasury Warrant. John Pitman and Dorothy Peyton Pitman, who is the daughter of William Robinson. (pg. 154, 155, 156, 157)
