Last Will and Testament of William Robertson, dec'd

August 28th 1851

State of Kentucky Clay County

Whereas, I William Robertson have this day come to the conclusion to make known my will -- being in my right mind; I want my wife -- Nanny Robertson at my death to have all the control of my property, both real and personal, and to use to her choice according to her own choosing, or choose to sell and transfer title in as full and lawful a manner as the said Nanny, my wife and I both could at any time in the selling my land and in having the title or any other property to use to the benefit of herself and my children in any way said wife may think proper, and I want all my just debts, paid by my wife out of my property and then the balance to be used by my wife to the use and benefit of my children.
