Whereas Julius
Robinson is my security to a replevin Bond in the sum of about
sixty dollars and to secure him in said bond as my security I
have this day granted, bargained & sold unto the said Robinson
the following property, one bay horse about eight years old, 1
sorrel horse about two years old, three cows, 1 yoke of cattle,
three calves, all of my hogs & my household and kitchen furniture
and twenty head of sheep. To have and to hold unto him the said
Robinson his heirs and assigns forever free from the claims of
all persons whatsoever But it is to be understood that should
I well and truly pay & discharge said debt & all interest
& cost that may accrue thereon then this obligation to be
void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

Clerk of the Clay County Court for the County aforesaid do certify
that this deed of mortgage from S McDaniel to Julius Robinson
was this day produced to me in my office & acknowledged by
the said mortgager to be her act and deed for the purpose there
in mentioned Whereupon the same together with this certificate
hath been duly admitted to record in my office.
