The Commonwealth
of Kentucky
Whereas, I Jacob
Ownshile have been appointed, by the County Court of Clay County,
Administrator of John Ownshile deceased, intestate. Now, we Jacob
Ownshile Administrator, Elijah Robinson sureties do hereby covenant
to and with the commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Jacob
Ownshile will well and truly administer goods, chattels, credits,
and effects of the said intestate, according to the law, and will
further make a just and true account of all his actings and doings
therein; and will well and truly make a proper distribution of
any surplus money, effects, and rents, which may come to his hands,
or to any one for him, by color of his office, to the persons
entitled thereto. If it shall hereafter appear that a last Will
and Testament was made by the deceased, and the same be proved
and recorded, we further covenant that the said Jacob ownshile
will, in such case, surrender his letters of administration; and
that he will acccount with and pay and deliver over to the Executor
or Administrator with the Will annexed, the assets in his hands
unadministered.
