This indenture made & entered into this 24th day of September 1852 between David Robertson of the one part and Allen E Robertson of the other part; witnesseth that I the said David Robertson for & in consideration of the love & affection I bear and have for my son the said Allen E Robertson granted bargained and sold unto the said Allen E Robertson a certain tract or boundary of land lying and being in the county of Clay & State of Kentucky on Goose Creek and bounded as follows: to wit, beginning on the north bank of Goose Creek on an elm & water birch at the mouth of a small drain thence with a dividing between the said Allen E Robertson & a boundary of land I have this day conveyed to my daughter Sally Allen to the top of the ridge thence with the dividing ridge a south course or something like it so as to include all the waters of the Britton Branch thence down the point to the Britton fish trap, thence down Goose Creek with its meanderings to the beginning. To have & to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land to the said Allen E Robertson & heirs forever from the claim of myself & my heirs forever it being his interest in all my landed estate. Witness where of I have here unto set my hand the day & date above written.

I, William Woodcock Clerk of the County Court aforesaid do certify that this deed of gift from David Robertson to Allen E Robertson was this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged by the grantor to be his act and deed Where upon the same together with the foregoing certifcate have been duly admitted to record in my office. Given under my hand this 24th day of September 1852.
