My name is Qasim Javed. I live in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, currently pursuing my bachelors in computer software engineering. I will be graduating in April 2004. These days i am quite busy in my final year project.

:: Interests ::

I am an Open Source supporter and love working on the Linux operating system. Its not just because of the fact that Microsoft is wicked or something, its because Linux is too good to be compared with an operating system such as Windows. Most of you would think "Then why do lots of people out their use Windows", well its only because they want things to happen "automagically". Anyways i would recommend using linux specially if you are security conscious, as you have full control over each and everything(oh yeah! even the kernel ;) ).
