JILL and JEFF'S Home buying experience
After looking at what seemed like thousands of houses for sale we narrowed our search to a couple of houses. One existing home and a possible new build in the Fort Worth, TX area.
Luckily for us we re-visited the existing home after it had rained, which it doesn't do much here. We notice some water damage and some drainage problems with that property. So it was a no-brainer on which way to go. Thanks Janie for pointing those things out.
We met with DR Horton Home Builders. All the plans they had we
nice but one plan just stuck out with us. The Laredo:
It was on the higher side of our budget. When it came down to it, it was the only one plan that would be available in the time frame we needed and that we really liked. Amazing how things turn out.
