| How do I make Icons for this or any game? The way that I did it was by using an emulater and a rom of the game you want to make these from and save a picture. Erase the background from what you want to keep and use a program like Paint Shop Pro to make it into a transparencey by selecting the one of the blue arrows on toolobar in the format that you want in (eg. gif of jpeg, the difference, I do not know, but I use gif) and select white as the transparecy color.(I tried using regular paint in Windows, but that does not seem to able to make transparencies, maybe it is just me) and that should be it. What about Screenshots? Just save a picture in an emulater. I have no idea how to make screenshots without one. Where can I find a downlaodable version of Paint Shop Pro? go to www.downloads.com and put Paint Shop Pro in the search box, organize by Free, and it should be there, just make sure that you are not downloading updates, which are useless unless you own the software. The one that I use is a 30 day free trail becuase I am too cheap to buy it. I found it by the way I just mentioned. And the emualtors? go to www.zopar.net/index.phtml |
