This house boasts many unique ammenities such as seperate guest house w/ theater on the second floor attached by a gallery; a seperate office w/ study on the second floor also attached by a gallery; library w/ a secrete room that leads upstairs to open at a second hidden entrance; game room w/ a bar & arcade; circular stairs w/ dome; activity area open to the living room, nook & family room below; immense views from all rooms; a fantasy castlelike elevation w/ turrets & spires. This was my favorite project to work on however this house will unfortunately not be built. Yet. |

| THE COLSON RESIDENCE |
| A 3,503 S.F. residence (5,261 S.F. total under roof). The exterior of this house focuses on classical elements such as symmetry & balance. The foyer is open to the second floor and flanked by a formal dining & living area to either side. The family room has a fireplace with built-in bookcases on each side. Across from the living room is the library & to the side is a private office, which can easily serve as a guest bedroom. The kitchen includes an island & breakfast nook. Over the 3 car garage is a large storage room which can be converted into living space. The second floor consists of the mater suite w/ private porch & 2 bedroom w/ seperate baths. |
