| My background in the Real Estate industry began while working for the City of Berkeley in the Advanced Planning Department, where I helped draft the 2000 General Plan. I moved on to a corporate law firm where I performed due diligence to facilitate the funding of multi-million dollar construction projects. In the funding process, I was a communication vehicle between the bank, creditors, vendors and the client to assure that all parties were in sync. At Equitas, I'm backed with the experience of Jim Willett and Bryan Young, VP Area Director and Branch Manager, respectively. |
