Strikes:
1) Palm Strike--to the face, ribs, and groin. Keep fingers together and strike with the lower pad of the hand.

2) Hammer Strike--to the top of head, ribs, and groin. Start by head, and swing downward.

3) Downward Elbow--make sure to use legs to increase power

4) Chicken Wrist--thumb, index, and middle finger brought to a point, the rest should be tucked into palm. Use legs to increase force, coming up under the chin.
Kicks:

1) Side Blade Kick--use side of foot

2) Side Thrust Kick--strike with heel, pivot  on supporting foot

3) Crescent Kick--inward motion to knee
Jujitsu:
1) Bear Hug--stomp on right foot, throw elbows back and pelvis forward, then thrust rear end back against attacker, while jumping into a horse-stance and pushing arms forward.

2) Head Lock--pinch between uppper inside of legs, hammer strike to lower back and stomach, hook bottom of nose with finger and stretch the person backward, while thrust punching to the ribs.
Blocking
System:
8 Point Blocking System with Strikes--

Outside Block             1-2       Front 2 Knuckle

Inside Block               3-4       Back 2 Knuckle

High Block                 5-6        Hammer Strike to ribs

Low Block                 7-8        Chicken Wrist
Kempo:
1) High block with left arm-rotate to the right forcing the person's upper body downward, while grabbing the back of the neck, right arm downward elbow to back of head/neck.

2) High block with left arm, grab back of neck, hit filtrum with right elbow and hammer blow to the groin with right arm.
Combinations:
#3-- Palm block with left hand, thrust punch to the ribs, push down on shoulder with left hand, forcing person downward. Back 2-knuckle to head with right hand, while keeipng left hand on right shoulder, hook left shoulder with right hand, twisting them and dropping them to the floor.  Finish with a left punch to the filtrum, while covering with the right arm--cross and cover.

#6B-- Iron Fortress on their punching arm--front ball kick to ribs, throw the arm away during cross and cover to the left.
One Pinion:
I-shape pattern with only front 2-knuckle punches for strikes. Remember to breathe loudly. (See Forms page)
Club Techniques:
Overhead Club--Block with right arm-swing it into groin, while stepping to the side of the attacker compensating for their position. Big windmill with right arm and strike back of neck with flat of forearm.
