8 Point Blocking System
Right            Left
1                      2       = outside block
3                      4       = inside block
5                      6       = high block
7                      8       = low block

Notes on Each:
Outside--keep lower arm straight, fist facing inward
Inside--start at ear, keep fist under eyes
High--only slight bend in elbow, fist forcing outward
Low--start at opposing shoulder-stop a little past leg
Combinations
#6--front ball kick to center of torso, cross and cover

#7--duck to left, side thrust kick to ribs, cross and cover
Front Position
Left hand over right fist, feet together, small bow--keep eyes open. Used during the start and ending of class, to show respect for upper belts, to greet any upper belt, or in apology for accidentially striking or striking too harshly.
Right Foot on Elbows
Front position, then step out with right foot into a horse stance. Cross fists facing outward above your head. Kyup on block. Fists come back to rest at sides, above belt.
Half Mooning
Slide foot off to side and in front of the other, so that if a rod were placed between your feet, the rod would just touch the toe of one foot and the heel of the other.Always slide. You should never hear a step.
Chinese Foot Maneuvers
Turn to the front--front ball kick--front 2 knuckle punch
Turn to the rear--back kick--back 2 knuckle punch--
Cross behind & modified outside block--side thrust kick
