| Upward Elbow--sink then drive elbow up--don't hit your own face.. Roundhouse Elbow--like a hook only with elbow. Lift elbow to shoulder level, then go across front with good follow through. Leopard's Paw--scrunch up knuckles, flatten hand, strike with the index and middle fingers. Knife Hand Side of the Neck--keep hand horizontal, don't cup hand. Follow through. Knife Hand to Top of the Neck--striking down through neck and across. Follow through. |

| Reverse Crescent--circular kick to the outside, knee level. Crossing Side Thrust--cross step behind and thrust kick. Hopping Side Thrust--hop to bring feet together then thrust kick. |

| Arm Behind the Back--escape by opening hand and bending forward. Do Chinese foot maneuver to pull away from attacker. Keep hands at the ready after spin. Arm Behind the Back with Knee Strike--same as above but when you do the Chinese foot maneuver, grab the attacker's wrist and pull them toward you while kneeing them in the groin. (practice the groin strike after they've passed for safety) Lapel Grab--place hands in front position above his arms. Drive your right forearm down into his, just above his wrist then immediately up under his chin. Grab the throat with thumbs wrapping around adam's apple and fingers clawing around tendons in neck. Thrust foreward with knee to groin. Step down between his legs, taking out his knee if necessary, and rip out the throat as he goes down. |

| Kempo: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| #1--Double knife hand block coming straight out from body while turning 90-degrees into him with right foot into horse stance and hitting him in the nerves just above the wirst and above the elbow. #2--#3 Block turning in with right foot to 90-degree horse stand (like #2 white belt kempo). Go into a cat, and pounce forward with double knife to collar bones. #3--Fade back into cat with left palm block. Pounce forward with right palm strike to ribs (bring left back to elbow). Then left palm strike to temple and right palm strike under chin (rotate with each strike, remember to re-chamber). #4--Fade back to cat with left palm block. Pounce forward with leopard paw to free rib. Bring leopard back, catching his striking wrist and trapping it against your shoulder, break his arm with another leopard, just above elbow. Drive right leopard paw back into free rib (which should be broken). |

| #5--Strike is a haymaker at first. Eventually, you need to learn to react in the same way to a straight punch. Right chicken wrist under left knife hand--meet at right shoulder and shoot out to left as you turn into him 90-degrees. Right back-2-knuckle to throat as you throw arm with left hand. Right leg cranks back hard to deliver thrust side kick to ribs. #2--#3 block turning 90-degrees into opponent with right foot into horse stance. Back-2-knuckle to temple. Step together with left foot, then windmill around with right arm all the way down to his foot, grabbing his heel, step back with left foot at the same time, and pull his foot out from under him. Cover with left hand and strike with right knife hand to groin. |
