| Beginning salutation: front position, bring fists together low in front of body, slowly bring up to face level, while breathing inwardly, loudly. Slowly bring fists to sides, while moving into a horse-riding stance. Use half-mooning throughout entire form. This form moves in an "I" pattern. | ||||||
| Move left--left low block, right front 2-knuckle punch Move right--right low block, left front 2-knuckle punch Turn toward the opposite direction from which you started. Left low block, right punch, left punch, right punch, while still half-mooning. Turn 270-degrees to the left-right low block, left front 2-knuckle punch Turn the other way--right low block, left 2-knuckle punch Finish by facing the same direction in which you started, bring fists low again and breath loudly, while bringing fists back up to face level and then down to sides while in horse-riding stance. Finish by moving into front position. Notes: 1--remember to do proper half-mooning, lining up toe to heel.
