The Joining Form
So you want to join Andromeda and the crew aboard the Star Gazer? Or do you want to be a Koyakin? Which kingdom? The choice is yours alone.

Name? aka Alias. What name do you want to go by?
Email? Where do we contact you?
Character? Shall thou be good or evil? Which character have you chosen? Sailor Lyra? Or a Hebi?
Character's name? Please choose a name that describes your character's personality. Japanese names are highly recommended; after all, Sailormoon is based in Japan.
Age? No one can be younger than Eridanus, who is 12. The oldest sailor/guardian/guard can be 23. The Koyakin vary in age from 1-8000.
Birthdate? Please have their astrological sign reflect your character's personality. [Month and day only]
Hair? Describe in detail your character's hair. (i.e. color, length, style) The Koyakin have the most unusual hair styles. So, be very creative.
Eye color? Any color is accepted. Yes, even purple with green polka dots. This is an alien galaxy!
Mirror reflection? Your character stares into the mirror. What does he/she look like?
Extracurricular Activities? What sort of hobbies is your character into? What is the public view of your character? Do people think your character is annoying and avoid him/her at all costs?
Downfalls? Every character falls sort of perfection. Andromeda becomes extremely agitated whenever she has to wait. And she loves to instigate fights.
Senshin-yo! Describe in detail the transformation phase your character goes through to become a Sailor. Everything down to the ribbons, music, lights, etc. Also, include the transformation phrase..."Sailor (Name) (Power: i.e. lightning, wood) Galatical Make-up!"
Uniform? The senshi fuku should be as close to Andromeda's fuku. The only exceptions are the boots, gloves, collar, hair pieces, jewelry, and belt.
Protector? Nothing large like a dragon or elephant. The Koyakin can have one also, but more like a servant (i.e. Igor). The guardians, basically, speak telepathically only to those they wish. Most are finkie, so they speak only with their chosen. Short description please.
Speech! Speech! Every character has to make an appearance with one of those corny, yet powerful speeches. Evil characters can change their speech at any time.
Attacks? Do not make them ungodly powerful! Keep the attacks to a modest effect. Sailors have 3 attacks, while Koyakin have an unlimited amount. [But don't go overboard with the Koyakin attacks]
Mason? What weapon(s) does your character carry? Sailors have a Lynx (communicator worn on the arm). Be creative.
Writing Sample I judge mainly on how well you write. Bascially, I'd like you to create your own story. I want to see how your character interacts with others, attacks, and responds to danger. Perhaps, the story could be the reason why he/she chose his/her path.
