Fine Tuning and Staying in
Shape
To stay in shape, you can
either workout without weights or workout with weights.
Tuning Without Weights:
1. Run 1-3 miles outside per day at a temperate speed.
2. Use the treadmills at the local gym, run until you are sweating and
puffing. Try to make sure you run up to a mile at a good pace
(7-10 minutes a mile) on treadmills, ellipticals, or
step-masters.
3. Play a sport you like, doesn't matter what it is but you want to
make sure you are sweating and somewhat tired by the time you are done.
Tuning With Weights
For weights, you might want to read my other page about weights to gain
mass. But for all the exercises with weights, you want to do sets
that consist of many reps. Example is that instead of putting on
the heaviest weight you can do for 6-8 times, for tuning your muscle
you want to do an exercise about 12-15 times. Still do about 4-6
sets of weights for the muscles you want to fine tune.
