Pythian Memorial Service, Sunday Morning, June 10, 2007

At our Annual Pythian Memorial Service, hosted by SR Sir Michael Kutz, we asked Supreme Master at Arms Sir Gerald Deitch to open the service by lighting the memorial candle.

Highlights of our 100th Birthday Celebration, June 10, 2007

 

The evening's festivities started off with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, while we listened to the music to Montreal musician Joe Greenstone.

Chairman of the evening, SR Sir Michael Kutz welcomes over 175 Pythian, Montreal dignitaries and guests to the Annual Dinner Dance. They all came to help celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Domain of Quebec, to honour our outgoing Grand Chancellor Gerald Safran and to welcome the incoming Grand Chancellor James Indig.

Supreme Master at Arms Sir Gerald Deitch and Grand Chancellor Gerald Safran have the honour of welcoming Past Chancellor David Leviton as the newest 50 year life time member.

All evening long, the music of our guest musician Andy Antonacci kept all Pythians and their guests entertained and dancing......

Congratulations to Goldie Share, wife of Past Chancellor Nat Share. Goldie was chosen as Pythian Lady of the Year for all her help and support with Brother Nat's many projects.

.... and congratulations to Past Chancellor David Sendel (standing right) who was chosen as Pythian Man of the Year. David was instrumental in bringing entertainment to hospital patients throughout the year. Thank you, David, for your Pythian devotion. David, like the Pythian Order, your family and friends are really proud of you!

Thanks to our Supreme Guest, Sir Gerald Deitch, for swearing in Brother James as our next Grand Chancellor. He promises that he will never let us down.
