If you noticed, the male and female stick people are very similar. Why is that? That is due to the fact that both the male and female bodies are almost exactly the same. This also means that both sexes have no genitalia (You balless nazis...) The women are also very flat-chested. Sexualy reproduction between the two is quite a mystery, but we do know they repopulate at an incredibly fast pace.
