NFL Street
Football games have always featured the normal NFL teams and giant fields, but NFL Street decided to take a turn and recreate the less serious games of the sport.  It is basically a seven-on-seven game between friends, if you would like to call them that.
Trash talking and fancy plays are a cornor stone in the game.  At the beginning of each game, and after certain events (touchdown, QB sack, first down, etc), a mini-cinema is played of the players taunting each other.  I see it as a big plus in the enjoyment factor of the game.
Street also features cool "Stylin'" moves.  Running the ball while holding it out towards the defense, throwing a pass while not looking, or just tackling the offense in a flashy way.  Many, if not all, types of action can be performed in a "Stylin'" manner.
It's also easier to deflect or intercept passes in this game than most others I've played.  Juking, or spinning, while running is a little trickier to pull off than in
NFL Blitz (old, but a personal favorite), but the tackles seem to be much more brutal, which is always more fun.
The customized team feature is well done.  You can choose everything from your own name, logo, and colors.  The players can be modified in appearance, stats, celebrations and "Stylin'" moves, and many other things.  It was hard for me to make my team decent, but then again I'm not a sports game guru.
The worst part of the game was the soundtrack.  It featured one band throughout the entire in-game playlist and only had two or three good songs on the menu playlist.  What it lacked in songs, though, it made up for in graphics, at least for the GameCube.  In comparison shots that I've seen the GameCube seems to reign graphically over the XBOX and Playstation 2.
