You will need:
Craft paper/thin card(cerial box's)
1 cm long piece of tube
warm water
PVA glue(school glue)
Start by cutting a rough square from the craft paper/thin cardboard, put this to a side for the moment. Now mix warm water with some glue and mix it together for a while until the glue has disolved into the warm water. Now get the peice of card and place it into the warm water/glue mix and leave it to soak for 10 seconds, make sure all of the cardboard is covered with the mixture. Now take the soaked square of card and place it over the 1 cm long piece of tube. Now get a dowler which is a little less thas than the diametre of the tube and press the cardboard into the small tube. Leave it to dry in the sun or on a radiator for about 10 minutes and then simple push the cardboard out of the tube. With a pair of scissors, trim around the edge of the end cap so it has a flat top.
