| When I ask others if they will volunteer, many say no for one main reason. They do not have the time! This is the answer for 99.9999999999999999999% of those who are not volunteers for the American Red Cross. I am here to say liers! You are all liers! I have a part-time job so I do have the time, yet there are those around me who work 50+ hrs a week, and still have time to volunteer. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE THERE EVERY DAY! I just ask that if you refuse, just admit you are too lazy, feel the tv is more important, or watching the grass grow. Just never say you do not have the time!!! And if this does motivate you, good! It is time you help your neighboor rather than your tummy! For those who do volunteer, I am proud to be with you. |
