Ingredients:
Procedure
1. Drill or punch a hole in the center of the casing, large enough
for the fuse to fit snuggly. Don't insert the fuse yet.
2. Wedge one piece of dowel into the end of the engine casing until
about 1/4" is left exposed on the outside. Use hot glue to seal it on
the outside ONLY.
3. Insert enough fuse into the punched hole so it is almost touching
the opposite wall, on the inside. Seal around the fuse on the outside,
like you did in step 2.
4. Pour enough powder in to the casing so its about 4/5 full, pack
it lightly.
5. Insert the second dowel section, the same distance as the other,
sealing the outside with hot glue when complete.
