"I hope she's doing better.." Mary said as she and Brian walked to Lylian's bedroom.
"I just hope they are not sleeping!" Brian giggled when he knocked on the door. A few minutes later, Gaby opened the door, wearing blue jeans and a baby-t, rubbing her wet hair with a towel.
"Hey guys!" she greeted.
"Hey Gaby!" they both said at the same time. Gaby exchanged a smile with Brian. She felt so much more comfortable with him now. Tons of things had come back to her mind...she understood good parts of her dreams now and knew why she was feeling so safe when he was around. He had taken care of her so much during those 2 years they were together... he was like his guardian.
"Um..I just wanted to know, is Lylian still sick?" Brian asked her.
"Yeah... " Gaby sighed. "I don't know what to do...she's throwing up and feverish.."
"That's not normal.." Mary frowned. "We should call a doctor.." she added, turning to Brian.
"Yeah, I'll take care of this." Brian said. "Well... I'm sorry to tell you this but ...we'll have to ask someone else to do the routine for the video..."
"Oh really?!?" Gaby whined. "This sucks...she was so excited to do it..."
"I know ... we're really sorry but we're shooting some dance parts tomorrow night... so the routine has to be done and learned for tomorrow night..."
"I understand... she'll be dissapointed... but can you call a doctor? I'm really worried 'bout her... "
"Yeah we'll do something and try to have her seen by a doctor today."
"Thanks a lot!"
"No prob... so..um..tell her we are sorry but we'll ask her for some other things during the tour..."
"Alright! Thanks guys! See ya!" she waved as the couple started walking away. She sighed noisily and walked back in the room, drying her hair with the towel.
"Who was it?" Lylian weakly asked opening her eyes slowly.
"Brian ... um Lily...I'm sorry to tell you this but they'll find someone else to do the routine for the video..."
"What?!? Why?!" Lylian moaned.
"'Cause it has to be done today... and learned tomorrow and they don't want you to get even more sick..."
"Damnit.."
"Don't worry Lily... just rest... take these days off to rest a little. You lived a lot of stress during the last few days because of the award show..."
"Gaby...I really don't feel great..." she coughed.
"We'll get you a doctor today... don't worry..." Gaby said, stroking her friend's hair. "Hey you know what?" she then asked with a suddent smile. Lylian shrugged so she continued. "I'm going to find my mother!"
"What?!" Lyilan frowned.
"Well you know I talked to Brian yesterday... and well... I thought about it and... she's probably still out there somewhere...and she must have had a good reason to abandon me...and I wanna know what this reason was! I need to know her... I need to see her.." she said, emotions piercing her voice. Lylian stared at her for moment, making sure she had heard well. For so long she had avoided her life... and now everything had changed. She saw in her eyes a totally new look filled with hope.
"Gaby... this is great.." Lylian replied with a weak, but sincere, smile. She patted her friend's hand, showing her her full encouragement. "You'll find her...I'm sure."
"Thanks!!" Gaby smiled happily. "Now, you rest!" she said as she put the pulled the covers under Lylian's chin. "I'll go grab something to eat... want something?"
Lylian shook her head no so Gaby put on her shoes and went downstair.
The Boys left at 10 am to shoot a few little things through the day but they were mostly planning everything for the next shooting day. During the day, a bodyguard and Gaby took Lylian to a little hospital nearby so she could get checked up. They found out she had a been poisoned probably by some food passed due mixed with alcohol, plus a big hangover didn't help. The doctor gave her some pills and said she had to rest for at least another 24 hours and not drink for little while.

*** Two days later ***
The Boys were still in surbur of New York for another day and then were going back on tour, for two nights right in New York city... so they were still there for another couple of days. They had shot some dance part the night before and were taking this day off since they had come back ine the early hours of the morning. So they all slept t'ill the middle of the afternoon.
When Aj woke up, he was alone in his big bedroom. He wondered where Katya could be and then he suddently remembered she had left a few days for Los Angeles because she had to do some recording there. He sighed and smiled. He knew they were leaving the next morning for New York city... so it was his last chance to see Keri that night. Except...if he was inviting her to their concert... he sat right up and rubbed his eyes, trying to find a way to talk to her more. It usually wasn't a problem for him...but he didn't know why, it was different with Keri.

*** During this time ***
"Yup, I'll see ya tonight...me neither...hehe... Bye!" Nick smiled and hung up the phone. He layed back on his bed and let out a sigh of satisfaction. He had another date with Lexy. He knew they were probably gonna go to the club tonight... at least, him and Aj... but he knew he would spend some time with her after... maybe the whole night... he got a chill just to think about it and decided, since he had some time to kill until the night to go out.

*** Meanwhile ***
"Gaby..." Lylian sighed. "I can walk alone!"
"No! You're still sick!!" Gaby retorted, grabbing her arm tighter.
"I'm feeling a lot better!" Lylian said.
"I want to take care of you! Enjoy it!"
"Okay! Okay!" Lylian giggled.
"So...not too dissapointed?"
"'Bout what?"
"Well...not being in the video and stuff... you were looking so proud of what you had done for the routine..."
"Yeah and I was... no I'm alright.. what is making me mad is that Ally took care of it..." Lylian chuckled as they stepped out of the elevator.
"Why do you hate her so much?" Gaby asked.
"She's the one who doesn't like me! Since the first day she never stopped being on my back! She's worst than Katya!" Lylian exclaimed as Gaby giggled.
"And why do you hate Katya?"
"'Cause I don't like people who thinks they are better than others... She looks at us like we're some kind of jerks... and I don't like that. But I don't know her much I mean... maybe when you know her better she's nice but I don't think it is since all the others hate her..."
"You right! So...where do you wanna go?"
"You're the one who wanted me to get out... you're the one leading girl!"
"I'd like to go outside but..there are fans and I'm tired to be called a bitch all the time 'cause they think I'm a fan going to the BSB room everynight.." Gaby said seriously. Lylian stared at her with a amused look. "What?"
"You serious? You get called bitch?"
"Yeah!!! For the last 3 or 4 days... the fans know all the crew...and they know I'm not a part of it like a dancer or something so.."
"You're here for the moral support!" Lylian smiled. "To help your old friend who can't party without being sick!"
"Yeah..that is lame!" Gaby laughed.
"It wasn't my fault is this damn after-party didn't have fresh food!"
"But it's kinda weird that no one else is sick... don't you think?"
"Yeah...but I don't wanna think about it! I just know that next time I won't touch anything.." Lylian answered. The girls finally found another door that leaded outside so they stepped out and enjoyed the cool air caressing their faces "It's a beautiful day today.."
"Yes!" Gaby replied with a smile turning to look at her friend.
"So...tell me...how are you doing?"
"Fine! Why are you asking?"
"No I mean really...how are you doing?... Don't just tell me this automatic answer...I know you better than that.." Lylian insisted. Gaby looked straight in front of her and sighed. "Not any better?"
"Oh yeah I'm doing better... Now that I talked with Brian... I just feel better...like I finally know some things about...well... about myself!"
"That's great!" Lylian rubbed her friend's shoulder.
"But of course, there are still some things on my mind but...I guess it'll go away.."
"Like what?"
"I'm just scared... what will happen when I'll go back to San Diego??? I don't wanna go back..."
"You won't go back to San Diego... you're coming back with me in Sacramento! And..I oblige you to so...you can't argue!" Lylian said with a really serious tone.
"I can't go there either...he'll find me!"
"So what? Gaby you had the right to leave him!! He should be in jail right now for all the things he did and you know that!!!" Lylian shouted, getting attention from some people walking on the silent streets. "Don't tell me you miss him?" she asked, lowering her tone. Sine Gaby stayed silent, she let out a groan. "How can you just react that way? For all the pain he pushed you through???"
"It wasn't his fault.."
"Pardon me??? Gaby I saw you going through this pain and there is no way you will live this again...you heard me???"
"Yes..." Gaby replied weakly.
"All those years you told me not to tell the police and I didn"t... but I swear to God that if he tries to do something to you again... he'll damn pay for what he did!"
"Ok! Ok! Just drop it!" Gaby spoke, on the verge of tears.
"Sorry... I'm so sorry but it just gets to me.." Lylian wrapped an arm around her friend's shoulder. "Let's talk about someting else.."
The two girls continued their talk and their walk through the small streets of the quiet neiborhood.

*** Meanwhile ***
"So, you'll see Nick tonight?" Keri asked Marilyne as she walked in her bedroom, pulling her hand up in a messy bun.
"Yeah! I think they are coming to the club tonight.."
"All the crew?"
"I dunno.. I guess so since it's their last day here..." Marilyne answered with a pout.
"Poor girl!" Keri chuckled.
"If Sarah and Ginny would be here...I could go in the city for the next few days.."
"Well... maybe...maybe we could go... " Keri shrugged. Seeing the confrused look on her friend's face she continued. "Just for 1 or 2 days... it's been a while since we went there... shopping, having fun..ya know!"
"That would be shitty great!! But we can't do that... Mike will kill us!"
"I'll talk to him tonight.." Keri said as she sat on the bed of her friend. "Anyways, we need a break!"
"You right my gurl!" Marilyne bounced happily. "I can't wait!"
"Calm down!" Keri laughed. "We better get ready..if ya wanna look damn hot for your baby!"
"And for who do you want to look hot?" Marilyne asked with a sly grin.
"Oh well... Brian maybe.." Keri replied looking at the ceiling innocently.
"Oh God! He's taken sweetheart!"
"Will it stop me?"
"It never did!" Lexy laughed.

*** Later ***
"So, who's coming to Lexy and Keri's club tonight?" Nick asked at everyone sitting around the table.
"We'll go since it's our last day off.." Brian said for Mary and himself.
"Yeah it's gonna be fun, you guys have been so busy during the weekend.. " Vickie agreed. "Do you wanna go?" she asked Kevin.
"Well...I thought we could use this time to be alone together but... if you wanna go, we can! I really don't mind!" he smiled and planted a kiss on her forehead.
"We can go for a while and come back not too late so we can have some time together.." she whispered in his ear.
"No problem with that!"
"D, you coming?" Aj asked. Howie turned to Michelle who shrugged.
"Why not?!" she said.
"We're coming!" Howie smiled. They received their food and started eating. It was already late in the evening and Nick couldn't wait to see Lexy so he ate really fastly.
"I'm going to go ask Gaby and Lylian if they wanna come too.." Mary told Brian as she stood up and walked over the table where Deryck, Amanda, Gaby, Lylian and Tania were eating and laughing.
"Hey guys!"
"Hey Mary!" they greeted.
"What's up?" Gaby asked.
"Well, we are all going to the club tonight... and we were wondering who would like to come?!" she explained.
They all looked at each other and after a moment of thinking, Amanda, Tania and Deryck agreed.
"Some partying would be great!" Amanda grinned.
"What about you girls?" she turned to Lylian and Gaby.
"Sorry... I don't feel good enough to party. I'm still a bit tired and sick so..." Lylian said with a sorry smile. "I wanna be alright for the concert tomorrow..."
"Okay...and you Gaby?"
"Um... I think I'll stay... sorry.." she said with a sorry smile.
"Why?" Mary pouted.
"Um...well just to make sure Lily is alright... "
"I'm okay Gaby. You can go if you want to!" Lylian said.
"No...no it's okay. I don't really feel like partying tonight..." she replied, not wanting to tell the real reason why she didn't want to go.
"Oh...ok!" Mary said with a frown. She then turned to the three others. "Well join us in the parking lot in like..an hour alright? and ask the other guys if they want to come too.." the all nodded and she turned back to the two girls. "If you change your mind...join us there too!"
"Alright." Gaby smiled.
"See ya guys!" she stood up and went back at her seat next to Brian.
"So??" Brian demanded.
"They don't wanna come... Lylian wanna be ok tomorrow night and Gaby..I don't know but I think I know why.." Mary told him, looking at Nick's direction.
"You think she doesn't want to see him and Lexy together?" he asked with a low voice so no one could understand.
"Maybe... I don't know... it's hard to tell but maybe.." she shrugged and glanced at Gaby who was looking totally lost in her thoughts at the other table. "Poor little girl!"
"She's pretty mysterious huh?" Brian grinned.
"Yeah...it's like we know her but there are so much things we don't know about her.."
"Yeah!.. Anyways, we should go get ready!"
An hour later, everyone joined in the inside parking lot and left for the little club nearby. When they walked in, it was already packed with people and after a couple of minutes of walking all around, they finally found a free table.
"Let's go get some drinks!!" Nick shouted.
"Woo Nick waited... " Brian giggled.
"What for?"
"Nick if you get drunk right now you won't enjoy the time you'll spend with Lexy tonight.." Mary smirked.
"The drinks are not for me..they are for you!"
"We don't want any drink right now... later!" Kevin spoke.
"Alright alright...later.." he pouted, sitting on the black chair.
"Dancing time!" Mary cheered as she pulled Brian by the hand. After some minutes, all the gang was on the dance floor, dancing widly to the sound of the loud Cityhigh song.
A couple of songs later, Howie turned around, looking for Aj. After checking up at the table, he walked toward the bar. He spot his friend waiting patiently behind a tall black guy.
"Yo J! What's up?" he said, patting his friend on the shoulder.
"Nothing much... I was feeling a bit thirsty." he shrugged. "What?" he exclaimed, seeing the sly grin on his friend's face.
"Yeah right...thirsty!" Howie laughed. "Why don't you just say you want to talk to Keri?!"
"Ok...I want to see her! Alright?" he gave up with a sigh.
"Hey, that's cool man."
"Want something to drink while I'm here?" Aj asked.
"Yeah...bring us some beers!"
"Awright! Be there in a minute!"
"K! See ya!" Howie smiled and left him alone, knowing that's what he wanted anyways.
The tall black guy walked away with his drinks and Aj stepped closer to the counter. Two seconds later, Marilyne arrived in front of him and smiled.
"Hey there!" she said, brushing a lock of hair behind her ear.
"Hey Lexy! How ya doin'?" Aj casually asked.
"Great! And what about you?"
"Fine fine! Um..I'll take 3 beers!"
"On their way sir!" she grinned and turned around to get them. Aj's eyes stared at her walking away and then moved to the other feature standing beside. He was only seeing her back but he reconized her right away. Her brown hair was half up and a bit wavy. She had a mid-long stylish jean skirt and a white top open on the back. She turned around and she looked in his direction. He smiled and she did the same but her smile grew bigger and her eyes sparkled when she moved them to his left. Aj turned to look at the person she was smilling that way and he sighed.
"Hey Bone! Need help?" Brian asked.
"Um... um... yeah maybe..." Aj stuttered. For a moment he had thought she had smiled at him... and his heart had skipped one beat. Unfortunately... this smile wasn't to him.
"Here you go guys!" Marilyne came back and handed them the three bottles.
"We'll take two more please.." Brian said.
"Sure!" she replied and disapeared again.
"Why are you here??" Aj asked Brian, a bit angry.
"What? Well because Mary want something to drink.." Brian said, taken aback by his reaction. Aj sighed and turned back and stared at Keri. "What's wrong Aj?"
"Nothing...nothing.." he shook his head. "Thanks Lexy!" he handed some money when she came back with the two other glasses.
"No prob guys! Is Nick here?"
"Yep he's on the dance floor.." Brian said.
"Okay! Well... tell him to come and say hi if he has a minute!" she smiled.
"Sure!! See ya!"
"Later guys!" she waved and turned to the next customer.
When he came back to the table, Aj took his glass and drank it in one gulp, knowing he was acting stupid. He shouldn't be angry at his friend... but why was he getting her attention? He's the one who liked her... Brian didn't even care about her.
"You really were thirsty!" Howie giggled.
"Yeah..." Aj replied, staring into space.
"Did you talk to her?"
"No..."
"Why?"
"She was at the other side..and anyways, she doesn't want to talk to me.."
"What makes you say that?"
"She doesn't like me... "
"Come on Aj! She barely know you... "
"I can see it in her eyes... when someone smile but his eyes doesn't...it means something!"
"Don't get so down for this... maybe you'll get the chance to talk to her more later..."
"Maybe...I need another drink!" Aj exclaimed, standing up again.
"You just came back from the bar!!" Howie called after him.
"Don't care..." he replied and walked back at the counter. He arrived there and sat on a stool on the side.
"Hey babe" Keri greeted. "What will it be for you?"
"Tequila shot.." he simply replied, looking at the counter and then at her.
"Alright... Anything else?"
"Not really... but I just got something to tell you..."
"Sure... what is it?"
"Well you know...if you and Lexy would like to come to our concert tomorrow or wednesday... we'd be please to give you some tix.." he replied, his eyes into hers. She warmly smiled and handed him the little glass.
"That'd be cool!" she said. "Maybe we'll come...we just have some things to work out with our boss.."
"Great! Well... do you want my number so you can call us to tell if you'll come or not?!"
"It's okay. Lexy's has Nick's so... we'll call him."
"Oh...ok then..."
"Thanks a lot! It's really sweet!"
"No prob!!" he smiled and drank his drink when she walked away. Well, at least he had talked to her a little bit.
"I think he has the hits for you..." Marilyne told Keri, motioning Aj.
"You think?"
"Yeah... I mean, he always stares at you with those eyes.." she giggled.
"Yeah... well ... I don't know. He's cute but... not really my type. But guess what?"
"What?!"
"He just invited us to their concert tomorrow night or Wednesday!"
"No way?!" Marilyne exclaimed.
"Yup...so... I'll talk to Mike when it won't be as crowded and ... we'll get our little vacation!"
"This is so cool! It's gonna be so much fun!"
"Yep!"

Aj had spent so much time at the bar that he was now completely drunk. He still could walk and talk but he wasn't really realizing what he was doing. He was still at the counter, drinking another shot of tequila.
"Yo Aj... you should stop now.." Howie spoke behind him."You've drunk enough.."
"But it's good..." Aj replied with a pout as Howie took away his glass.
"Come on Bone... let's get away from here.."
"Wait... I didn't pay..."
"What?! Wait...we'll come back ...now go sit at the table please... go.." Howie pushed his friend away. Aj tried his best to walk straight and threw himself on the chair.
"Brian, do you have some money on you?"
"Yeah...why?"
"'Cause Aj didn't pay his drinks and I don't have much on me..."
"It's okay... I'll go pay for him.." Brian sighed, stood up and walked toward the counter where Keri greeted him with a grin. "I have to pay for my friend..."
"Yeah I was wondering where he had disapeared...anyways, he can't really go that far in his condition.."
"Yeah I know...anyways, here you go.." he gave her some bills.
"Thank you sir!" she sexily smiled. "You know... my offer still stand.." she added, talking about the day she had given him her number.
"Um..yeah.." Brian said, uncomfortable.
"You're so cute when you blush.." she grinned, tracing his jaw line with her finger. Brian became red like a tomatoe and moved from a foot to another. "Well... if you ever change your mind...I'll be there.."
"O-okay.." Brian managed a smile and walked away, his mind filled with confusion.
From his corner of the room, Aj watched them all along. She was all over him. She had touched him... What was he doing to get her attention??? Aj groaned and looked somewhere else so he could forget about her. His eyes stopped on the little crowd still on the dance floor. As he watched the girls from the crew, a sly smile appeared on his face and he walked toward them. He wrapped his arms around the thin waist of the girl he had been watching for the last minutes.
Amanda turned around fastly and arrived face to face with the two sweetest brown eyes. She grinned at Aj who pulled her closer to his body. She didn't say anything and just enjoyed the feeling. The fast music changed for 'Nice And Slow' by Usher and the two started dancing suggestively to the music. Aj moved his hands on her butt as he slowly kissed her neck. Amanda threw her head backward and closed her eyes with pleasure. For so long she had dreamed of this but never had the guts to just approach him. And now he was the who had come at her. Her heart was racing fastly as she felt his hands roaming her body. They were so close that their hips were looking welded together. As his tongue slowly caressed her neck, she slowly left his chin with her hand and pushed her lips against his. The two alcohol breath melted together and they both stopped dancing and just enjoyed this feeling.
