Where?: Camp Gannett, Sharon, MA.
How Much?: $60.00 per family. Please make check payable to Judith Downes and include with the enclose RSVP form. If you are currently out of work and want to attend, contact us for a discounted fee.
R.S.V.P: Please let us know by June 15 if you plan to attend. This helps our planning. Of course, we never turn anyone away…even at the last minute. RSVP form is also available online at: www.geocities.com/pypicnic
What to Bring?: Bring a picnic lunch for their own family and , something to share like a salad or dessert. There may not be enough tables for everyone, so be prepared. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs – just in case.
Entertainment?: We hope to have the Balet Foclorico along with Esteban and Venicio, the musicians.
Changing Facilities?: There are restrooms for changing and washing.
Parking?: Parking is on the ball field about 50 yards beyond the camp entrance.
Overnight Accommodations?: There are several area hotels in the area for those of you who are coming from afar.

We Need Help!
Please Volunteer to Help on the Day of the Picnic.
If you can help out, please check the appropriate box on the RSVP form. The following are the jobs with which we need help: Welcome table, Set-up, clean-up, and monitoring the food table.
Tee Shirts to Support PPP and Habitat
Lauren Comando will be designing a new tee shirt this year. Profits will be used to help the Project for the People of Paraguay (PPP) build houses for the poor with Habitat for Humanity. To order, please fill out the enclosed order sheet. Tee shirts can be picked up at the picnic. There will be no mail orders!
Just a reminder: No Pets of any kind or size are allowed at Camp Gannett…even small ones!

Take I-95 north to Massachusetts Exit 8. Bear right off exit. Follow red, white, and blue signs. Go to first traffic light (East Foxboro St.). Proceed to Lakeview St, and turn left. Follow Lakeview St. to the camp, on your LEFT at the end of the lake. It’s a quarter mile beyond Horizons for Youth.

Take I-93 to I-95 and follow directions below.
From Mass
Pike, NH, and ME
Take I-95 to Massachusetts Exit 10. Turn left off exit. Follow red, white, and blue signs. Proceed to Sharon Center (approx. 2 miles). Turn right at traffic light on Main St. Proceed to first traffic light (East Foxboro St.). Proceed to Lakeview St, and turn left. Follow Lakeview St. to the camp, on your LEFT at the end of the lake.
