Background Information
For over 25 years, Paul Yelder has worked in the field of Community Development in variety of capacities in both the public and the private non-profit sectors.  Most recently he was a Sr. Program Director with The Enterprise Foundation, where he provided management and organizational development assistance to community development organizations around the country.  Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Dudley Neighbors Inc., an affordable housing community land trust created by the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.  A native of the Leimert Park/Crenshaw District area of  South Los Angeles, CA, he holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning  from Harvard University.  Paul Yelder has written manuals on Strategic and Business Planning published in the Enterprise Foundation's Community Development Library.
