Ali was a girl of only 18 when she left home to take on America and the music industry. Her parents, Amila and Edward weren't too keen on her plans to depart her native England. In all truth her father (who is a university English professor) almost went into fits the night he found out. Unto her mates' knoledge Ali is more 'well bred' then they thought. Very proper in words and manner...at home that is. Yet when she's with the girls, she was just one of the girls. Even though Ali is the youngest of her group of mates that make up the group known as Lost Souls, she grew up faster than most. And he childhood was short due to her parents need for a 'proper young lady' instead of a little girl interested in tea sets and dolls. Ali takes over the roll of their eldest Lidia, as the mature one and becomes labeled as 'the mother'. Because of this she has aquired under her belt the nickname of 'Mummy Ali'. |
