The pool cover is required to overlap the deep end of the pool in order to work properly. Although it is inconvenient for some lap swimmers, if the cover is not properly used, it will break down again. The cover keeps the walls conditioned and prevents mold. The community has spent a great deal of money on re-painting the walls and installing the pool cover. Please respect the cover and the rules.
Effective November 1, we will begin enforcing the '"must wear badges rule" when entering the recreation center". There will be no exceptions. If you do not have your badge, and it has to be updated for the current year, you will be asked to leave. If you lost your badge, the cost for replacement of lost badges is $5 per badge. This is to insure that only residents who live in Princeton Walk (and their guests) are the only ones entering the building and the outside play areas.

Everyone (including children) must shower prior to entering the pool facility.
SWIMMING IS PROHIBITED WHEN THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
Residents MUST have their Badges to use all the facilities at the Clubhouse.
When there is a rainstorm accompanied by lightning and thunder, the indoor pool will close for 20 minutes after the first "boom" of thunder and any consecutive booms thereafter.
Validating Badges
Each household has 2 Adult Badges (Green) and 4 Children or Guest Badges (White).
Each household has one pool key. One is issued free with the pool badges. The second one will cost $10. There is a replacement charge for lost keys at $20.00 The only form of payment accepted, is by check made payable to Princeton Walk Homeowners Association.The pool cover is required to overlap the deep end of the pool in order to work properly.
