Tropical Ice Cream

� 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut
� 2 pints ice cream
� 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
� 2 small bananas, coarsely chopped

Preparation:

1. Soften ice cream.

2. Heat over to 350�. Toast coconut 3 to 5 minutes, tossing halfway through. Cool.

3. Mix all ingredients except 2 T. coconut; freeze fifty minutes.

4. Serve sprinkled with toasted coconut.
