Ham & Swiss Balls

So far, I'm not happy with this recipe; it needs work. Try it with baking mix instead of potatoes.

Ingredients:

� 2 cups very stiff mashed potatoes
� 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
� 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
� 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
� 1/4 cup minced onions
� 1 egg,well beaten
� 1 teaspoon mustard
� 1/8 teaspoon salt
� 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
� 3-1/2 cups corn flake crumbs

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while still hot. Makes about 8 dozen appetizers.
