Parents Without Partners, Inc. is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian, educational organization devoted to the welfare and interests of the single parent and his or her children.  The problems are many in bringing up our children alone, contending with all the adjustments and emotional conflicts arising out of widowhood and separation.  PWP, Inc. is the only national and international organization that exists to study these problems.  Through programs of discussions, professional speakers, study groups, publications, and social activities for the families and adults, real help is provided to single parents in reshaping their lives. 

Membership Eligibility:  To be eligible for membership in PWP, you must be a single parent by way  of divorce, death, separation (at least 30 days and intended to be permanent), never married, or in special cases when the spouse is unable to function as a partner or parent due to a physical or mental disability.  All special cases are evaluated on an individual basis by qualified persons.

Chapter 210 extends a warm welcome to those single parents eligible to join Parents Without Partners.  Application forms are available only at the orientation meetings, any Tuesday evening at the Shiloh Church, 5300 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton OH at 7:00 PM.  If unable to attend on Tuesday, call the Chapter number at 937-640-1877 to arrange for an orientation.
