| Here is your 1999 Mansfield Speedway Super Stock Points Champion: Paul Miller Jr. Paul began his second year of racing at Midvale Speedway and had two 3rd place feature finishes in the first four weeks of the season before deciding to commit to running for the Points Championship at Mansfield. | ||||||||||

| In '99, Paul and his Allied Auto sponsored Dodge Avenger won six features and had twelve top 5 finishes while competing only 14 times at Mansfield Speedway. He also finished 4th in his only finish of 1999 at Barberton Speedway. The Dodge Power was provided by Bob Miller Jr. and Chuck 'Lil Buster' Miller. | ||||||||||
