Eddie Guerrero- November 2001 ------- Was after being charged with DUI (Driving Under the Influence). He was later fired from the WWE because of this. Guerrero later returned to WWE in late March 2002.

Steve Austin- June 2002 San Antonio, Texas Turned himself into police after altercation with wife Debra which reportedly saw Austin hit her. Austin was later cleared of all charges.
