**COACHES' MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AS A COACH, YOU MUST ASSIGN AN ASSISTANT COACH OR PARENT TO ATTEND IN YOUR PLACE. PRACTICE SCHEDULES AND GAME CHANGES WILL ONLY BE GIVEN OUT AT COACHES' MEETINGS. NO EXCEPTIONS**

In order to be heard at a Board meeting, one must get on the agenda 10 days prior to the meeting by calling the secretary of the BOD or by sending a letter to the PVYA.
Any community business will be heard first on the agenda.
CBL meetings are held monthly and are attended by the PVYA Representative to the CBL, along with representatives from other programs.
